DESCRIPTION:This interactive session supports educators in aligning their actions\, behaviors\, and instructional practices with the expectations they have for students. Using the New York State Portrait of a Graduate framework\, participants will reflect\, analyze\, and design a personal 鈥渢eacher portrait鈥� to strengthen their impact. Participants will: -Build community with fellow educators -Analyze the components of the New York State Portrait of a Graduate -Identify how teachers can model desired student behaviors and mindsets -Create a personal Teacher Portrait highlighting strengths and growth opportunities Eligible for 3 hours CTLE credit.
